For this project, I created an infographic focusing on 9 tips for better sleep. I carefully selected a calming, cool-toned color palette to evoke a sense of relaxation and restfulness. In addition to crafting the content, I illustrated the visuals, combining informative text with simple imagery to guide viewers through practical tips for improving sleep quality. The design aims to be both engaging and easy to follow, making it a helpful resource for promoting healthy sleep habits.
